Charles Etuk, River Oak’s Managing Principal, has over 10 years of banking experience covering leverage finance, project finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. Charles has worked at Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase and BNP Paribas. Charles earned his MBA and BA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and the Queens College of the City University of New York.

Charles is also involved in a number of non-for-profit charitable organizations in US, Africa and Latin America .
